The Doughboy Foundation and The Delegation of Flanders to the United States invites you to the Annual In Flanders Fields Memorial Rememberance in Washington, DC.   The evening begins with a solemn Ceremony at the National World War I Memorial at 5 pm, followed by a reception, talk, and keynote at a nearby venue.

Held in partnership with honored guests, this ceremony commemorates the soldiers who died in the Great War and the symbolic red poppy of Flanders Fields. It is a moment of deep reflection in the heart of the nation’s capital.

Together, we honor the enduring bonds and shared sacrifices between Belgium and the United States during the First World War, a history that continues to unite our nations across generations.

The ceremony at the National World War I Memorial, followed by a reception, talk, and keynote at the Willard Center, 8th Floor conference room is open to the public.
